1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using DoshMngr (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and DoshMngr (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2 Description of Service

DoshMngr is a personal finance management application that provides tools for:

• Recording and tracking financial transactions
• Creating and managing budgets
• Setting and monitoring financial goals
• Managing debt and loan payments
• Tracking recurring transactions
• Generating financial reports and insights
• Setting up payment reminders and notifications

The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3 Eligibility

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• Users between 13-18 years old must have parental or guardian consent
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements

Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4 User Responsibilities

Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and enable security features when available
• Log out of your account when using shared devices

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the App
• Scrape, copy, or collect data from the App using automated means
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access controls

5 Data and Privacy

Your Data

• You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the App
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• You acknowledge that we store your data to provide the service
• Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy

Data Accuracy

• Doshroo is a tool for personal record-keeping
• We do not verify the accuracy of the financial information you enter
• You are responsible for ensuring all data entered is accurate
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data in the App

Data Backup

• While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data
• We recommend regularly reviewing your data for accuracy
• You can request a data export at any time

6 Premium Subscription

Subscription Terms

• DoshMngr offers optional premium subscriptions (“DoshMngr Premium”)
• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and your device's app store
• Premium features include unlimited transactions, advanced reports, goal linking, and debt management
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies

Free Trial

• Free trial periods (if offered) are available to new subscribers only
• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers

7 Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by DoshMngr
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
• The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App
• By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the App
• Use our trademarks without written permission

8 Third-Party Services

Integration Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Supabase: For data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Google OAuth: For optional sign-in
• Apple Sign-In: For optional sign-in

Third-Party Terms

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
• We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services
• We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services

9 Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Financial Advice Disclaimer

Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions

Limitation of Liability

No Responsibility for User Data

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of your financial data
• We are not liable for financial losses resulting from errors in data entry or calculations
• You acknowledge that manual data entry may contain errors

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoshMngr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11 Termination

By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the App settings
• Deleting your account will permanently remove your data

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the App (with reasonable notice)

Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12 Changes to Terms

Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App

Version History

• The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when Terms were last revised
• Previous versions are available upon request

13 Geographic Restrictions

• The App is available worldwide but may not be available in all regions
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction
• Some features may be restricted based on your location

14 Export Control

• You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws
• You will not use the App in any country subject to trade embargoes
• You are not listed on any restricted parties lists

15 Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) or Resolution Institute
• The venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of New South Wales, Australia
• Small claims court disputes (or equivalent) are exempt from mandatory arbitration

Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms prevents us from seeking injunctive relief or intellectual property protection in court.

16 General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoshMngr regarding the App.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Language

These Terms are provided in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version controls in case of conflicts.
